The Quality and Environmental Policy
Plasto-Sac recognizes excellence as a fundamental condition for its existence as a company and aspires to be among industry leaders in quality and reliability. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet with costumer requirements and expectations. To further this goal Plasto-Sac has adopted international standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, various engineering standards (where applicable) and the quality requirements of the Israeli Ministry of Defense as a basis for constant improvement in products, service and environmental impact. Quality awareness and commitment is a requirement for every employee and all are expected to make "constant improvement" in products and service a major objective.
Plasto-Sac recognizes its responsibility as an industrial manufacturer to protect the environment and prevent pollution or waste of natural resources and to this end maintains ongoing environmental management of all activity.
In order to implement our policy, Plasto-Sac workers and managers will be motivated by the following principles:
- Achievement of quality goals and professional pride are the personal responsibility of each employee.
- Training and education will be used at all levels of the company to foster quality and environmental awareness.
- All levels of the company will be committed to structured "constant improvement" which includes follow-ups of all improvement actions to determine effectiveness.
- Plasto-Sac will strive for excellence by developing and utilizing employee potential and innovation.
- Plasto-Sac will identify all activities with a potential for significant environmental impact and will maintain an environmental management system to manage those activities in a responsible manner.
Quality and Environmental Management by Objective
* Management will periodically determine quality and environmental objectives and will verify achievement in structured "Management Reviews". These objectives will reflect the Quality and Environment policy but may be changed or added to according to capability and economic feasibility.
