"R" Series®- Protective Release Film
R-1 and R-20
R-1 and R-20 represent a new generation of protective release film for the rubber and tire industry. Specially formulated polyethylene compounds that do not interact with the other materials present in the various rubber compounds.
R- Series of Plasto-Sac special formulated film constitute a substitute for the regular embossed film.
This elegant and efficient solution offers several noteworthy benefits: easy and clean release and peeling, retaining the freshness and stickiness of the rubber compound, prevents pollution, improved mechanical features, economizes volume and storage and enables 100% recycling, with high resistance to heat (especially the R-20).
Moreover this Plasto-Sac film is much more cost effective (up to 12 times) than the regular embossed film, and comes in jumbo rolls of 5,000 meters and more. These facts reduce the number of roll changes required, saving time and cost and increasing productivity. The R-1 and R-20 film is provided in a variety of dimensions (width, length, thickness) and colors as per customer requirements.
