Envelock® - Tamper Proof Evident Security Envelopes

These tamper-proof security envelopes are Plasto-Sac's exclusive patent. They provide the perfect solution for moving money, classified material or items of value for customers such as security and courier services, security forces, government and legal institutions, credit card companies, banks, etc.
Envelock® is made from high technical co-extruded polyethylene films colored/transparent monolayer polyethylene film through which the envelope contents are visible - or from multi-layer film manufactured by co-extrusion process, usually white on the exterior and black on the inside to provide perfect optical opaqueness and ensure maximum confidentiality
Envelock® is the only one in the entire worldwide market who leave clear and indelible mark to any attempt of unauthorized opening
The envelopes can be manufactured in any required size to meet with any local or international specifications and standards. With either a matte, paper-like exterior finish, and special coextruded colors, printable as per customer requirements up to 8 colors.

Material:
The envelopes are made of monolayer or co-extruded Polyethylene film, depending upon client needs.
Common Options:
- Transparent film for clear viewing of envelope's contents.
- Co-extruded films, usually white outside and black inside, In order to achieve total optical opacity, for maximum confidentiality.
Optional matt or paper-like finish on the surface.

Tamper-Proof Means:
- Any attempt to tamper with the closed envelope in any known way, must leave unequivocal and unchangeable signs.
- The sings must be absolutely clear and not subject to any misinterpretation.
- The signs must be clearly visible at an arm's length.
- The security mechanism for alerting tamper attempts must be failsafe in order to prevent false alarms during normal use of the envelope.
Tamper Resistant:
From the moment it is sealed, the envelope must show signs of any tampering attempts:
- FREEZING - Attempts to open the security tape at cold temperatures, below ambient temperature and down to 45oC result in the appearance of word STOP and/or the breaking of the security tape.
- HEATING - Attempts to open the security tape by use of heat above ambient temperature, result in the appearance of word STOP and/or the breaking of the security tape, and/or distortion of the polyethylene.
- DISSOLVING - Attempts to open the envelope by dissolving the glue with different solvents cause a partial or full disappearance of the red colored, diagonally printed lines on the security tape and/or the disappearance of the blue background.
